Special message from the Ottawa Police Service Special Events Team:
Ottawa-Gatineau residents and visitors will see an increased police presence in the National Capital Region (NCR) for Canada Day Events between June 30-July 2, 2017. This will include an increased number of various police vehicles and other equipment, as well as a security perimeter around key venue(s). The increased presence of police and security measures in the NCR is being implemented to create a safe environment for all Canada Day participants.
