Inspired by our latest exhibition, From Paddlewheels to Railways, put your engineering skills to work as you build a model bridge and test its strength. Learn more about the rise of rail and the shift from travel on the river to travel across land. This interactive program will be offered throughout the afternoon. Make sure to drop by during your visit!

Each Saturday we’ll focus on different seasonal produce, historical recipes, period-appropriate cooking and preservation methods, and more. You can even get your hands dirty in our heritage garden as our interpreters provide information while weeding, planting, and harvesting according to the season!
